Visitation and Companion Policy
If visitor and/or companion access is prohibited by our physician for your patient's health, please be careful to comply with this rule.
- Do not bring children under the age of 7 to inpatient floors for visits, and do not bring children under the age of 16 to intensive care units.
- For the health of our patients, please ensure that there are no more than two visitors in the room at the same time and that the visit duration is limited to 10 minutes.
- To visit patients in the intensive care unit, please contact the patient's nurse using the phone at the unit entrance. If there is no medical objection and the patient and ICU environment are suitable, you may be allowed in. Please adhere to the information regarding visit rules provided during entry.
- Individuals with fever, runny nose, cough, diarrhea, vomiting, and infectious dermatitis are not accepted as visitors.
- Visitor restrictions may be implemented in the event of a community-wide epidemic.
- Please wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer in the area before and after your visit.
- When visiting patients in isolation, please follow the recommendations of our healthcare professionals.
- Do not touch other patients or patient care equipment besides your own patient.
- Please respect the privacy of patients and their relatives during your visit.
- Be careful not to display behaviors such as crying or shouting that reflect your emotional state near our patients, as this could be harmful to them.
- To protect the health of our patients, please do not bring or accept food and beverages from outside.
- Potted flowers are not allowed in patient rooms due to the risk of carrying infection. Potted flowers sent for the patient will be delivered to them upon discharge.
- Please do not use mobile phones in areas with medical equipment.
- To avoid technical problems, please do not use devices such as water heaters in patient rooms.
- Do not speak loudly.
- Pets are not allowed in our hospitals; please do not bring them.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in our hospitals except in designated areas.
- A visitor remaining in the room after 22:00 is considered a companion. Only one companion can accompany our patients in all rooms.
